Hey all
Mothers day is just around the corner and I have picked some of my favourite items that I think mums, moms, mothers around the World will love. It’s not too late to pick some of these items up from your local stores.
Sometimes budget might be limited but that doesn’t mean you can’t put together a nice gift for the woman who carried you for up to 9 months. There are a lot of items from Crabtree and Evelyn because I just love their products and they sell such a range of items all under one roof.
- Crabtree and Evelyn traditional shortbread fingers – I think for a change ditch the chocolates and replace them with posh biscuits by Crabtree Evelyn. I’ve met people who aren’t really chocolate fans but never met anyone who doesn’t like a biscuit. I love the packaging of their biscuits. They come in a really pretty tin, which no doubt I’ll be trying to get my hands on after the biscuits have gone. The biscuits are so creamy, buttery and scrumptious and really well priced at £6.50 a tin.
- So Eco Makeup brushes – These brushes are a great little addition to any makeup bag. Moms all around the World will not be disappointed by these brushes, they are so incredibly soft and lovely to use. My favourite has to be the bronzer brush…i like to glide it all over my face even without any product on. I know that sounds weird but it’s so soft you just want to continue using it. Something I really love about these brushes is that they are cruelty free, made from recycled and sustainable materials and vegan and vegetarian friendly. Ticks so many extra boxes.
- Tea Pigs tea – Why not grab some posh tea to go with the posh Crabtree and Evelyn biscuits. I love Tea Pigs tea and they have such a wide variety I’m sure there will be something for everyone. My favourites are the Chai Tea (sadly haven’t got any left) and the Everyday Brew. I’ve recently heard they do a Chilli Chai, so excited about getting my hands on them. You can order via their website by clicking here or you can get quite a large variety in most supermarkets, i definitely know they stock them in Sainsbury’s. The packs do vary in price depending on number of tea bags.
- Mug – Well if you’re going to gift tea and biscuits you’ve got to have a new mug. I picked up this one from Sainsburys. They have quite a selection in store at the moment and are really cheap. I got this one for £3.50.
- Crabtree and Evelyn hand therapy – I don’t know anyone who doesn’t suffer from dry hands. These Crabtree and Evelyn hand creams are just amazing and always have them knocking about in my bag. They have a wide range of scents and sizes available on their website and store. The 25g tube are normally £6 a tube and there are currently some of the them have 30% off on the website. I favourite at the moment is the Rosewater.
- Crabtree and Evelyn La Source products- Everyone needs time to themselves to relax, especially mums. I LOVE the new La Source range by Crabtree and Evelyn. I haven’t tried and tested everything but I have been trying out the exfoliating body scrub and hydrating body lotion and they go great together. Great way to get rid of the dry winter skin ready for spring and summer. I have particularly dry legs and after 2-3 uses of this combination I have seen great results. The fine pumice in the exfoliant really gets rid of the dry skin. The La Source range has many more products so you can select the right one for your mom. I will have full review of these products on my blog soon
There were a lot of items from Crabtree and Evelyn…i did warn you. If you don’t have a store near you and you don’t have time to order online, some of their items are sold at Waitrose and Marks and Spencers, so might be a good idea to give your local store a ring.
These are just some ideas for you. Hope you manage to get something in time for Mothers day and have a lovely day.
Make the most of everyday you have with your loved ones!
