I have something really exciting from Sweaty Betty to share with you. Not only have they launched their Spring 2016 collection which is GORGEOUS (click here to check it out), they are back with a new Get Fit 4 Free campaign.
Sweaty Betty have teamed up with London-based studio 1Rebel to bring their iconic new boxing-inspired workout called Rumble, which will be available to attend at their boutiques across the UK for FREE…yay!!!
The classes launch on Tuesday 26th January and run till 16 February every Tuesday and will consist of 30 minutes of high-intensity calorie-burning workout.
I’ve attended a 20 minute boxing fitness classes at my gym in the past and I have loved them. They give you an all body workout, targeting arms, core, legs and glutes and after 20/30 minutes your workout is done! You have more than likely burnt more calories than you would have done on the cross-trainer at a steady pace for an hour, so by completing a short high-intesity workout you are achieving more. Sometimes getting on a treadmill or cross-trainer can get a bit boring, but classes like this can keep you engaged for longer. I find that my competitive streak normally comes through which makes me push myself harder and keeps me going to the end. When I’m working out alone this rarely happens and I convince myself to quit.
I am really looking forward to attending some of these classes. They are going to be very popular and spaces will fill up fast, so if you are interested you need to be quick off the mark. I’m currently on the waitlist and hoping to get a spot.
